MAX LIFE™ tungsten embedded carbide has been used on several different products and would be ideal for parts with high wear areas.

Deep Rippers

The Deep Ripper is used to penetrate compacted soils and mechanically break up the soil hard pan. MAX LIFE is applied on the underside of the nose.

Harrow Tines

Harrow tines are used for straw management and creating a smooth field finish. MAX LIFE is applied to the tips of the harrow tine.

Tillage Tools

Spikes are ideal for primary tillage or banding fertilizer. MAX LIFE is applied to the nose of the spike.

Scrapers

Scrapers are used to keep packers and disks free of mud and debris. MAX LIFE is applied to the edge of the scrapers.

Wear Tips

Wear tips are used on manure spreaders. MAX LIFE is applied to the ends of the tips.
